It is wonderful to observe that investments in IT startups are picking up again. My first hand experience here is Giritech A/S – a company founded by true entrepreneurs Craig Damon and Jimi Jørgensen. I started working with Giritech as their lawyer in the summer 2003. And finally, late April an investment agreement with two premier Danish VCs were signed. Investor names and figures will be disclosed by Giritech later. von Haller law firm will continue to work with Giritech as their law firm and I will be joining the Giritech board together with among other Preben Damgaard – a founder of Damgaard Data, later Navision and later Microsoft Business Solutions.
