As of April 1th 2005 (and it’s no Aprils Fools joke!) von Haller, the Danish law firm that I co-founded in 2001, merges with Bender.dk, our htherto only serious Danish competitor, to form the new law firm Bender von Haller Dragsted. IT-law pioneer Nicolai Dragsted joins the new law firm at the same time as partner.

The combined Bender von Haller Dragsted becomes the IMHO unrivaled leading Scandinavian IT-law boutique. In any event, I am pretty much certain that we will be the be far largest Scandinavian IT-law firm measured by number of lawyers; in our case 16 lawyers all with focus on different legal aspects of IT.
